Just enjoy this guy and forget temporarily about the rivalry with TCU. This guy will be a 10-12 yr All Pro RB in the NFL and you can say you saw him play back in the day when he was a mere sophomore. He may be a Hall of Fame RB he is that good and you can say you saw the guy in college. He is being called "better than Ladanian Tomlinson" (former TCU and current NFL Hall of Fame RB) at the same age. Tomlinson lives near Ft Worth and is retired and goes to TCU practices and says Evans is better right now, than almost all RBs who are in NFL now. Geeez !

He is a threat to break a long run every time he touches the ball this year. He single-handedly beat Cal last week with a unlikely 52 yd TD at the most unlikely time (with only 10 secs left in the half and time about to run out).

Cal defense was actually very good and TCU Coach Patterson said Cal's defense was the best defense TCU will see all year long and they couldn't handle EVANS at all !! They tried but he destroyed them for 190 yds......AND....they were keying on him every single play !! He had a spy on him for every play for the entire game.

And he still ran all over and around them. They never could find an answer and they tried every defensive adjustment in the book and didn't work at all.

Geeeezz !!!!

Can't wait to see Zak playing in the SEC next year! Wonder if he will have to sit out after he transfers or if he will somehow manage to get immediate eligibility.

Nice try. But he has already stated he is very excited to be at TCU and he loves it there.

He won't last 4 yrs though. NFL teams will get him after next season and he will leave then.

based on TCU's record, he will have some sort of legal issues soon. Not wishing for that - but you cant deny history.
