Impressive stat

One of the things I noticed in the stats is that Navy rushed the ball 53 times for 177 yards.. Two of them went for just about 40 yards (fake punt and td run). 51 attempts got them about 140 yards. That is really outstanding. Says a lot about how our interior defensive line did.

Exactly! Usually Navy will have at least one of their FB dive plays go for a big gain and SMU stopped that play every time.

Indeed. We beat Navy, and therefore stayed in the top 25 and in AAC champ contention, because we have DT depth. Only reason. You're welcome.

That's a good point we really did play the run well except for the big plays.
