Raymond Berry is logical choice. I think it’s good to remember that he didn’t really shine until he got to the NFL.

In terms at SMU, it's Sanders/Proche/Sutton/Berry.
In pros, it's Berry/Sanders/Sutton/Proche (but the last 2 are just getting started especially Proche) ..

If Gary Hammond had played receiver all 3 years he would be at or near the top.

Mrydel’s assessment of Gary Hammond is interesting and accurate. But I would also ask, have we ever had a more versatile player than Gary?

Justin Willis perhaps could have been if given the full opportunity, but probably not to the same level.

Emmanuel Tolbert was an All American and still has top 10 stats. Shocked that Levias isn't mentioned. He too was All American and endured unreal challenges..

They are all good, but no one compares to #23.

According to the NFL Draft (since 1969):
C. Sutton - 2018 (2nd Round #8)
J. levias - 1969 (2nd Round #14)
Ron Morris- 1986 (2nd Round #26)
I never saw Morris play at SMU - how good was he?
Also - The lack of Mick Rossley as an option is a shame when Brian Berry gets included

Bobby Leach should be in the conversation if for no other reason than the miracle on Mockingbird.

Is Texas Tech's stadium on Mockingbird too?
