It doesnt make sense. But also, no way Kelly makes $2.67m. They don't report (private) but that number is dumb. I bet it's closer to $7m - $8m. Some of these SEC schools and smaller schools (UTSA, TTU, Coastal Carolina, etc) receive large amounts of tax dollars to subsidize sports on an annual basis. UT, TAMU, and UGA do not but Bama and Auburn do. I cannot remember if LSU does but they easily could.
