Another coach who worked with Lashlee at Miami:

FWIW, looks like he worked for the evil one at LaTech, and Cal.

I'm waiting to see word that Mordecai and Stone are both back, so Lashlee can start out with 2 quality guys (plus the SOC freshman).

If Lashlee can shore up the OL for next year and has both Mordecai and Stone back, Jennings should have the luxury of a RS season to physically mature and the passing game should be strong again. I think there was enough depth in the WR and TE group that there will be plenty of capable targets provided our QBs have time to make their reads

Am I right that 4 starters (Thomas, Ali, Morris and Howerton) are all gone?
We're going to see quickly how well the new OL coach can develop young players.

I thought Thomas was coming back and using his Covid bonus year. That would certainly help but we are going to need some of the RS FR to contribute

Thomas is back. 52 is back and will start at one tackle. Hickman will start at Center and should be improved. The transfer from Virginia will start at one guard and then Osborne at the other. That is by guess, and it isn't a bad line.

Ervin will provide depth at guard and has experience. Perdue, Sparks, and Robinson will all push, and Ike, Markus Smith, and Brooks all have potential. I am also guessing we see another OL come from the portal.

We lose a lot of experience, but I think there is a lot of talent here thanks to the last couple of recruiting classes.

I'll wait until they work out with the new OL coach before guessing at starters.

That's great if Thomas is back
