With that schedule, attendance in Ford should be pretty strong this season. Our guys could certainly benefit from having 25k+ in attendance for what are going to be some really tough games.

Definitely a lot of potential for some 30k+ crowds!

I am going to make sure I keep Dec. 3 open as well.

It's feast or famine the last few years having most of our toughest conference foes (Cincy, Houston, Memphis) either all at home or all on the road.

For a new coaching staff I love having those games at home this year. And, as the urgency for improving our attractiveness to P5 conferences keeps ramping up, as stated above they should bump up our attendance and help how we're viewed.

I like that we have 2 P5 conference games. I'll be hitting the Maryland game.

Open date before Navy! Cincy has an open date before us, other than that, I'm pleased with the schedule layout.

Will be interested to see how they fill out the next couple of year's schedules with NSTU joining the AAC.

Only have La Tech and TCU scheduled next year, and will have to find a replacement in 2024 now. And beyond that, there's nothing scheduled until 2028.

Keep your fingers crossed, that Little Ricky is gone by summer.

Alex, you have mentioned this twice now.

Do you care to make any predictions on RGT?, because i think RGT’s reign at SMU is ending ‘relatively’ soon, but not this summer. I therefore can’t see RGT replacing his lapdog now.

Maryland game could end up being significant. Power 5 team, but definitely not unbeatable. If the Ponies can get out of College Park with a win, and then the Terps have a decent season, that could be a nice boost.

Lots of work to do to find a FBS opponent for the 9/16 open date in 2023 and you are right, beyond 2023 there is a LOT of work to do. Have to wonder how hard anyone is working on this?

Does RGT's tenure end in the midst of a $1.5 billion fundraising drive that does not end at least until 2026?

AA, my thoughts exactly.

RGT wont leave this early in his final Capital Campaign, this is his legacy.

We know RGT is adverse to change.

Don’t see RGT dismissing his lapdog, nor do I see his lapdog finding better employment.

Yet Alex is credible.

Questions, Questions.
