100% this ^^^! Please don’t change unis for change sake. They are awesome in every way. Cool and in-synch with school traditional colors and history. Great tie-ins with Dallas.

grader in 63 against Arkansas. We won 14 - 7.

I never liked the red helmets because from a distance on TV they looked similar to Arkansas which had a Wild pig on the side of theirs. I loved the Pony Express helmets that Ron Meyer brought in. Worst helmet ever with the Smith helmets that were silver with no markings at all just a red and blue stripe in the middle. Although a gray helmet with a blue Mustang inside the D logo might be cool and make people think Cowboys.
