Is there still a major announcement planned at the rally Friday night? Any guesses about what it is?

According to the SI article, Armstrong is giving a sizeable donation to the Endzone project.

Armstrong. Now there's a familiar name. Get it while you can!

The Armstrongs donated $15M towards the end zone project and were able to get another anonymous donor to kick in an additional $5M. President Turner stated they needed to get to 80% before breaking ground, but it was also announced that we would break ground on December 2nd. Pony Up!

Did they mention how long the construction will take?

CP, if you were in charge (I’m assuming you’d act Presidential ) would you green-light this expansion knowing the AAC is losing 3 of its biggest brands while adding the schools that we are???

No, there was no mention as to the length of construction. My guess is two years as this is the timeline Texas Tech announced for their similar expansion project.

We need to get rid of a majority of 200 level seats on the East side and replace them with corporate suites.

Probably a good idea. We don't draw well enough to fill the east side
