Could be the turning point in the season, lose this one and the wheels could come off. Need this Victory badly, heading into an open date.

As of last night the hurricane path is NW... it could out of an abundance of caution but should not be a real issue at this point. As I learned living in Puerto Rico for some time hurricanes move all over the place until the last minute.

Having watched our rush defense for the last four games, we need that open date to prepare for Navy.

I think we pull this one out. Coach Lashee has kept his playbook simple and held out players. I expect we'll see some wrinkles that will surprise UCF and we'll see some more of Wheaton if he's healthy. Especially on screens. UCF will run the ball on us. But we'll strike quickly. So, I see another 42-35 type game. We need to avoid mistakes.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

I hope you're right about more Wheaton. I gather he's not all the way back to 100%, but he seems to have a burst the others don't have, as well as an ability to weave and accelerate through traffic.

More Wheaton!

I think the team gets focused and take care of UCF especially with all the weather distractions. We stop the turnovers and execute the plays with efficiency. Defense continues to bend and doesn't completely break.

49-35 SMU

I'm not going to call this a "must win" because theoretically SMU could lose this game and then run the table to hold a tie breaker vs Houston, Cincy and any other contender to get into the AAC Championship game (unless both UCF & ECU were to finish with only one loss), but realistically after losing these last 2 games this is a game that could make or break this season. I'm going with my heart and think our guys win a close game by one score, 34-30

Bad guys 31, good guys 21. Hate it but I rewatched enough of the toad game to think we are not mentally & physically tough enough, yet. Hope I'm wrong.

For whatever reason, looks like people have stopped making a prediction. We're only two days away, from what is a very big game for our team and this season. I'm going to be a homer and predict the Mustangs pull out a close one 34 31.

I like the way you are thinking. Hope our guys can perform better in the red zone than UCF's opponents have so far this season. I've got each team scoring 6 times and the difference being we hold them to FGs on half of their scores
