They may delay the flight for the team a day but the game will go on. Not sure of the rest of us will be there

I'm sure the Tampa airport will be open by Friday!

I was in Lauderdale Monday through Tuesday night, and caught some of the front end of the storm.

Nicole is just a tropical storm now (wind in the 50s gusting to the 60mph). She's passing NE of Tampa at this very moment, and Tampa is about to get out of the band of moderate rain and get into the light stuff. Storm will continue to decrease while over land, and is predicted to be moving AWAY from the game (at 16mph currently). Tampa will be in the SSW quadrant of the storm, which is the direct opposite of the dangerous side.

Might get some bands of leftover sprinkle Sat, but being in the SW quadrant, it's likely that this will be a non-factor other than potentially backing up flights in tomorrow.
