Playoff pairings?

If Georgia and Michigan win, I think the frogs are toast. Remember what drives these things: money. TCU could play a team full of unicorns, coached by the Loch Ness Monster and it wouldn't create the viewership that Michigan/Ohio State and Georgia/Alabama rematches would.

If Georgia and Michigan both lose ... no clue.

Georgia looks like they are "hands down" the best team in college football so it really doesn't matter too much who else gets invited to the Final Four. A couple of key injuries could change all of that though

Kirby Smart must be reading PonyFans. Announcers just pointed out that Georgia has "all back-up in" because Smart doesn't want a freak injury to any of his starters.

I think y’all are right, and also that they’d put tOSU third except for the Michigan rematch it would create.

That would be the "fair" way for the Final Four to be paired. Good thing Clemson waited too long to play their FR QB because that was a very different team I watched last night after Klubnik replaced Uiagalelei. Also a good thing Bama's QB battled some injury issues this year. Both those teams are probably better than TCU right now but I agree TCU deserves to be in based on the season they had. After all, they are the only team in the Final Four to have beaten SMU
