Re: NIL collective informationHopefully the IRS' recent ruling that NIL collectives should not qualify as 501(c)(3) charitable organizations has no effect on PonySportsDTX. I know that A$M's collective was registered as a 501(c)(3) and it appears that could be challenged now and probably revoked. Had to know this was coming and while I'm not a big money donor, I've never seen anything to suggest donations to this collective would qualify as tax deductible donations.
Re: NIL collective informationI have not read that donations are deductible, nor have I been told they were deductible. This is just help, out of your pocket.

Re: NIL collective informationTime for anyone NOT contributing to Pony Up! Basketball roster in particular is going to need a significant upgrading. Time to keep more of that DFW talent home to compete against some of the most storied hoops programs in the country. Playing football against Clemson, Florida State, Miami and others brings the same pressure.
