I still say that the ESPN suit in NYC who scheduled this 11 am kickoff should be forced to sit in the end zone with me. Television is going too far. We need a schedule for humans!

Not that this is a solution, the high, or heat dome over Texas is supposed to collapse next week, followed by few days of scattered rain. It is a long range forecast, so who knows. But that could make the experience far more tolerable. Although I have seen others that dispute this. it is the time of year that the cycle ends though.

Kudos for SMU for addressing the heat/concession concerns from last year.

Thank you Lord, for some FOOTBALL WEATHER - on Saturday!

LaTech down 14-0 late in the first quarter. RB #22 looks quite good. The QB is no bueno.

Sonny Cumbie is head coach.

Ford Stadium opened on Sept 2, 2000 against KU and it was about 102 at game time The high that day was 107. For reference the 11 AM temp that day ws about 96 degrees.

I'm glad SMU is address the heat issue. Hopefully it will not be the tennis shoes melting on the bleachers hot that Sept day in 200

LT QB is a Boise State transfer. He’s getting comfortable. RBs look solid. Maybe OL is better than just big. Now LT is down just 17-13 at halftime. They should win this game.
