It's comical how many coog fans (and fans of other Big XII schools for that matter) seem to be almost desperately hoping the ACC falls apart at some point in the future when Clemson & FSU bolt to the SEC. Kind of like the Big XII fell apart after losing Texas and Oklahoma...not to mention Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri and Texas A&M before them.

Future realignments may well happen but I sense a little bit of jealousy that SMU is suddenly aligned with the likes of Clemson & FSU while Texas and OU are off to greener pastures.

Has any school's donors paid more for less winning in football? I think every sport at SMU has won a conference title in the past decade except football.

True. Time to win on the field. Still sticking with my original prediction of a 9-3
record. We are 2-2 heading into conference play. Hopefully this is the year we
finally win the AAC. UO and Tcwho both were very good teams. Sucks to lose
but we are in good shape as conference play begins.
