Hearing in Alabama (deep SEC Country) no truth to Clemson leaving. Also hearing rumors from drunks that WV wants out of the B12 - can’t blame them!

WVU is stuck in the Big XII. No one else wants them. The SEC, nope. The ACC, nope, UVA, VT, Louisville and Syracuse would blackball them in a heartbeat. Big Ten, OSU and PSU would rather die than be in a conference with WVU. So, the Mountaineers have to be happy that they have a travel partner in Cincy.

3 followers... he takes legit and semi-legit tweets from real people and writes a whole article about it. He's not making stuff up. There's probably something to it.

If -- IF -- West Virginia got out of the Big 12, it seems the ACC would be the only desirable landing spot. If the UNCs andFSUs of the world didn't want SMU, Stanford and Cal, it's hard to imagine them wanting WVU even a little bit, proximity notwithstanding.

First don't worry no one is leaving the ACC for a long time.

Second West Virginia won't get in the ACC. I'm not sure what happen but Virgina and the North Carolina schools would not vote them in not sure what happen before we got in the ACC but there is bad blood. (Which is the reason they hate the ACC so much)

Third U Conn will not get in the ACC because of a lawsuit.

We ( Georgia Tech ) are looking forward to seeing you soon in the ACC.

In Virginia, our Aggie jokes are WV jokes which is why UVA wants nothing to do with WVU. VT has played them and probably won't again because their fans are so bad. Louisville, Syracuse, Pitt, U have shared a conference with WV. They remember WV's skirting eligibility rules for players. So, there are lots of schools in the ACC that don't want WV.

Horrible fans, sketchy ethics, questionable academics, why would WV ever leave the big 12? It's a perfect fit! The ags should never have left.

The Duke board is laughing at this latest Klempson whinging. They haven’t found a Willy Wonka ticket. They can pay (and pay and pay and pay) and *maybe* leave if the SEC will even have them, or they can stay and try to win a conference game.

Flo Rida State is attempting to raise cash via an equity transaction to buy their way out of the ACC. Not sure it even makes much sense given the potential cost. European football teams have done transactions but I don’t think any university has attempted anything of its kind before.

and even if they got funding the ROI for the investors would be very poor.
