Hard to stomach seeing him go down after his performance today.

Jennings will have to step up and the bright side is Tulane won’t have much tape on him.

Get well soon Preston!

I mean no disrespect when I say this, and I hope PS heals quickly. But this happened in no small part because he refuses to give up on a play. I hope this will be a learning experience -- namely, that sometimes it's better to take the checkdown or throw the ball away, and line up for the next play. Not every play needs to result in a TD.

Lashlee called it a “lower leg, ankle injury” in his post game presser. Hopefully that means he completely avoided any issues to his knee, but seems like it’s Pollard’s injury or worse. Not good for us next week, but seems like he avoided the worse injury for his longer term career. Feel so bad for him, he was really hitting his stride as a player and leader these last few weeks.

I feel terrible for Preston. He plays like a whirlwind and has become one of the top college QBs in the last few weeks. Let's hope that he comes back soon. The guy is a born competitor. Jennings reminds me of the great Don King. He can really zing the ball. Hopefully the receivers can adjust from catching Preston's usually deep style of pass to catching the rockets that Jennings throws.

Prayers up for Preston tonight.Hopefully he will come back stronger than ever and lead us into the ACC next season. I believe this SMU team will rally around Jennings now and we will take down Tulane but we lost our team leader today and that’s gonna be tough to overcome. It’s going to take a total team effort.
