Championship Game Tickets

Postby Topper » Sat Nov 25, 2023 4:42 pm

According to the SMU website tickets for the game are $30 and are located in Sections 115-118. These are corner end zone seats. Does AAC championship game home team get to offer its season ticket holders and students their regular seats? Or do we have access to yard line seats from another source?

Wish we would have been selling AAC Championship game merch at the stadium yesterday.

I would wait a week to purchase. It will be a much more impressive shirt.

I'll be in Santa Fe for a commitment that day, but PLEASE pack the stadium with red. Band, cheer, pom - they will all be there. NOLA is one of the best trips in CFB.

Heard a lot are staying at the Marriott hotel on canal - if you’re interested in more of an elite hotel Windsor Court is special. I heard some people are staying at the Royal Sonesta in the quarters

I'm going +3 About a mile away for me.

Roosevelt hotel is also very good. Montelone is classic French Quarter elegance. Multiple Hiltons, Hampton Inn Higgins Hotel (new WW II museum)) Embassey Suites. Plenty of choices.

I don't know where the SMU team will be as Yelmon Stadium isn't that close to the downtown area. It basically in the Audubon Park area closer to Claibourne than St. Charles. No great hotel in that area near the stadium.

Love the carousel bar there. We're at Bienville House in the Quarter. One of my favorite and nostalgic hotels anywhere –- like stepping back in time. Related to Monteleone, has a heated pool and tiki bar.
