Would have to think he wanted a guaranteed starter job with no competition or anyone breathing down his neck. Unless UNT spent all their NIL money on one player

Keeps him in the Metroplex and have to believe he will be "the guy" a UNT if he can stay healthy. Last I heard, Dad was an offensive analyst at Clemson. I wonder if Chad will stay there. He did well as the OC there before coming to SMU.
