Interesting. SMU looks to receive about $16mil/year from ACC. Yes, a lot better than the American payout plus increase in ticket income and perhaps better attendance. Good job, us.

It reads: The Mustangs offer to enter the league without receiving revenue shares for as many as seven years. SMU offered similar proposals to both the Pac-12 and Big 12, to no avail.

This confirms to me that TCU and Baylor did all they could to block us out of the Big 12. I am ready to divorce ourselves from these schools and make a productive and lucrative home in the ACC.

Below is a story with AAC payouts per conference's 2021-2022 IRS 990. Cincy was was #1 with $11.32m, SMU and Houston were in the middle of the pack with $8.28m, and Navy was last with $6.26m.
