Nice job of selling SMU by coaches Uzo-Diribe and Samples. Looks like a potential stud edge rusher.

sadly- we don't have any recruiting let alone any coaches on the D to recruit great D players.
have we just thrown in the towel for moving forward? no P5 group will want us when we don't recruit and don't win.

I mean, wow, you are the earliest hate-parade adopter in modern college athletics history, a real Guinness world record holder. Astounding. Congrats. I thought we’d have to wait a year for some of our own fans to turn on the new staff. They’ve been here for minutes and you’ve already managed to pull it off.

For your information, Lashlee and his (partial) staff were on the trail before he was even announced as HC. They, and we as fans, don’t need this kind of crap. Take it somewhere else.

PB- I realize you are lil rickeys lapboy but lets get real. First, they have been here for more than just minutes. Next, how many recruits are going to commit without knowing or having any idea who their DC and defensive staff will be and what kind of defensive strategy will be employed.
Now, you seem to forget that early signing day is less than two weeks away- please tell me how many new recruits are ready to sign up on that day.

Our cross-town rival has almost a complete staff and is kicking butt in recruiting. Meanwhile in Dallas it is mostly crickets.
I sincerely question how we will win 9-10 games next year at the current speed we are going with respect to staff and recruiting.

Perhaps you should keep to doing game analysis since you do a pretty good job at that.

Help me understand what you would have done differently. We had Lashlee identified and hired before Dykes was announced at TCU. That’s unprecedented alacrity, as coaching searches go. Describe the problem. Perhaps I’m not understanding your point or points.
