Switching positions
Posted: Wed Jul 05, 2000 5:02 pmTexas got a commitment from Kendal Briles, the former Stephenville QB who a lot of folks think is the top QB in the state entering this year. But they've already said he'll move to the secondary.
Two questions:
1. If he's the best quarterback in the state, why wouldn't he pick a school where he can continue at that position?
2. How often do we look at players with the intention of switching them to another position?
