Fort Worth QB prospect

Rivals website lists David Mitchell of FW Country Day as a prospect for SMU, but I'm not too sure about this kid. On paper, he looks great (6-4, 210). But he plays in a fairly simple offense that doesn't ask too much of him. I'd seriously prefer the Bishop Lynch QB (Matt Nordgren).

Rumor has it this Mitchell kid may not have quite the arm strength Nortgren has, and he may not be as polished, but supposedly he's more mobile than Nortgren, a la Josh McCown. We can always use another like him!

Seen the kid play. Big guy, looks like a player, and he has a decent arm. But he is incredibly slow. We need to do better.
