Has anyone heard of this kid?

Red Flag #1: Size.
He's listed as 5' 11" and 160 pounds. Not exactly a Josh McCown clone
Red Flag #2: Speed.
If someone is that small, they can get away with it by turning in a 4.2-second 40-yard dash. This kid is listed as a 4.59. That's OK speed, but not nearly quick enough to keep him alive at that size.
Maybe we're looking at him as a walk-on kicker?
