Earl Morris?

Lone star recruiting has earl morris from Klein having a high interest in us... running back, 6'0, 220, 4.6. Anyone have any info. Sounds like a pretty big/built guy, but not all that fast... either a pounder or a fullback?

Could be a Kris Briggs clone. Fairly big, not blinding speed. If we could get his teammate in the Klein backfield -- RB Yamar Washington -- that would be a nice twosome.

I played against Yamar when I was a senior and he was a freshman. At that time he was playing at St. Pius. The kid is a total stud. He is fast, and he can lower his shoulder fairly well for a small back.

Earl visited SMU this past weekend and someone needs to check in on him. We have reason to believe it is possible he may have committed.
