DMN reported that a huge O-lineman (Abe Robinson, or something like that) withdrew his commitment to Texas. Any chance we can get him to Dallas? A kid that big would look great in a Mustang uniform.

Chances are that he already had some place else in mind when he withdrew...I doubt it was SMU. You're right though, it would be nice to get him.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
