Wow, so old. KK was a great running back here and I got to catch-up with him at one of the games earlier this year. Hopefully his son continues to develop and is a stud like his Dad was. Should be a lock with him being a legacy.

kind of forget Keylon-he had probably 2 of the Top 10 rushing years in SMU History with 1230 and 1229 yards. 7th on career rushing list with 3,038. Workhorse-if he had an extra step he could have been even better.

Wasn't he the one that had a 98 yard run from one to one and lost the ball when tackled? I felt so bad for him.

Think it was in the UTEP game that would have won it for us on our winless season. Felt bad for him and for myself.

Keylon was a great player for us. Now I feel old too. The day I see Bo Levi, Jr. as a recruit, I'm headed to pasture.

KK is the toughest RB ever at SMU. He was the only offense we had for years and that was when we had no offensive line to speak of. He played hard, hurt and against defenses that were load up for the run. If his kid is a quarter as tough as KK was, then this kid is one BA.

Phil Bennett rode him for 2 years and he never took a day off. 682 touches in 2 seasons. Pretty unheard of for a running back to handle that kind of load without injury.

Loved watching that guy play. Hard to believe he has a son that is so close to college age. Rooting for him. It'd be a cool story, and awesome to have his Dad around the program.
