We brought in Jeff T. to fill his role. Not as strong in the Metroplex, but good East Texas ties and all of these coaches know each other. We'll be fine and good luck to Claude in his new job.

Losing Mathis hurts given his strong ties to Dallas. My hope is that this staff has had enough time at this point to establish relationships locally to fill the void he is leaving. Traylor is a big time add to this staff though. Wish we had him and Mathis on the staff.
