Bradley Huh?

Haven't some people on here mentioned they want us to emulate Bradley? Does that mean we have to do videos like this?

I actually think it's a pretty funny parody. I wish we had a creative athletic department.

I'd rather emulate Butler.

Peoria:Dallas is a bigger stretch than Indy:Dallas

Awesome spoof! I really enjoyed that actually. I bet that is something the kids had a blast with too.

disagree with you there.

On another note, I think I wish we were like IUPUI at the moment. Bradley and Butler are probably beyond our reach for awhile.

You Like Indy? I mean it has some nice things i.e. cheap houses, but I think all the midwest outside Chicago is not that great...

Had a bunch of friends go to Butler and couldn't wait to get back here...

I guess I haven't spent enough time down there to make an accurate statement...

I'm probably biased.. I'm in the 317 every month or so to visit my daughter, so I probably equate Indy w/ those [awesome] times. Such being the case, we've done pretty much every cool thing there is to do there. I'll grant that the winter is laden with grey skies and overcast, which doesnt compliment Butler's campus well.

And I've never really been around south Indy. Carmel, Noblesville etc is nice. And Meridian St, which runs north and becomes Hwy 31, is lined with Preston Hollow type houses.

Agree w/ you on most of the midwest.

I forgot that you were up here, I knew that...

St Elmos is pretty good...Those are Preston Hollow type homes, about 70% off pricing...

Man that was funny, a real crack up, couldnt stop laughing..... Hey, would you like to hear another knee slapper? The kid wearing #23 that says he's from Texas, is Chris Roberts from Fort Worth Dunbar, he's been their starting 2-guard the last two years, and averages a little over 10 points per game. The real punchline is that kid wanted to come to SMU, he gave us a verbal commitment in the spring of 2006, but after the coaching change he was told he was no longer wanted. It's probably just as well, he wouldnt have fit in very well here. At 6'4" he's way too tall to play guard for this team, and a guy who shoots 44% from 3-point range really wouldnt fit our overall offensive scheme. Oh well, at least he got to play in the post-season last year, he even set an NCAA record when he hit a 75 foot shot at the buzzer to win their 2nd round game over Oakland. Not bad for a guy who wasnt good enough to play for SMU, we signed Cameron Spencer, instead.

Really? That didn't work out to well did it?...and to miss out on a Dunbar kid is not good. We need to tap that pipeline...
