If Shake and Semi are back next year, we will be scary good.

You know it's a damn good thing they have EZ pass on the highways these days. Gu couldn't get home if he had to toss quarters in a basket every 50 miles.

Love the guy....but I couldn't resist.

Early second (#39) in this year's draft on this site which I check frequently. He wasn't listed in this draft before this weekend.

What GM wouldn't take a chance on Sterling?

Sterling is going to play in the NBA. Good shooter, good handles, good defender, and good length for a guard. Add in an NBA pedigree and Larry brown working the phones and I think he makes a roster immediately without a d-league stop.

Plus we're pretty good at making pros out of Sterlings.

Hopefully Foster and Whitt. Tough to know though. Guess we'll find out next year.

We need shake to step up a bit as he has the talent to be a 18+ scorer a game. Also I expect Foster to be more productive. Not to mention we will get bench scoring next year.

Sterling averaged 13.5PPG over the season which does need to be replaced, but it doesn't have to be replaced by one person. Having depth will be nice.

I assume Foster's PPG will go up and between McMurray who averaged 15PPG in the AAC and Whitt we should have plenty of scoring to go around in the backcourt. I'm more worried about replacing Ben and Sterling's rebounding than PPG.

I also think Shake should take his game to the next level next year and fill that void as our go to guy or co-go to guy with Semi.

Agree 100%. But considering I thought we'd see a drop off this season, I'm willing to be "glass half full" this postseason.

Had this conversation with two die hard Spurs fans while watching the Portland game the other night. They were of the opinion that Ben Moore would be the perfect addition to Pop's stable.
