I get the feeling SMU, its president, AD, and basketball program are neither surprised nor upset. That might be considered telling but I'll just take it as permission not to give a damn either. Just bring on next season.

The NCAA and its "rules" have about as much integrity as a Chicago politician during Prohibition.

Good point. Of course, you could have left off the "during Prohibition" part and the message would still carry the same weight.
