Turner continues to say we are on par with every school in Texas as far as athletes and education goes. "We only have one student athlete on probation." Well don't make it the best athlete on campus dumba$s

I approve this statement.

The lack of any information (tweets, quoted sources, etc) is actually quite surprising.

The speculation about tonight apparently was just that — speculation.

Per an SMU athletics staffer, grades are not required to be posted until 48 hours after the last final is given — not the final given by a specific professor or affecting a specific student-athlete, but the last final given by any professor. The last finals are being given tonight, so some grades might not get posted until Friday night.

Edit: that deadline might be for students who are going through the commencement exercises at the end of the semester … which could mean that this gets dragged out further.

I guarantee you if this was Kansas Kennedy's grade would have already been posted. This is one easy way to show that you support athletics. Grade the kids paper so he can play.

I just wonder if the grades will be in by Saturday. Would have been nice to have had him tonight to allow him a game to knock off the rust so to speak.

He refused to go to class. Because of his stupidity, we have to wait on his grades to come in. It's too early for that.

Let's stop pretending like this is on the professors. There is no evil SMU professor conspiracy to destroy SMU athletics. Maybe back in 1990 or whatever. Get over it. You old guys have battered woman complex.
