Lady Mustangs Win Again

Postby Peruna88 » Sat Jan 29, 2005 10:40 pm

SMU - 63
Boise State - 57

Katie Gross, yeah baby, goes 5-10 from three-point land to lead the team with 15 points. Their record is now 15-4, 6-3.

Thanks Yahoo - Broadcast

I set aside an afternoon to listen to the game but Yahoo did not broadcast the game although I paid for the service. Still great to see that the men and women won. Wish I was close enough to go to a game.

I am paying $9.99 per month to listen to the SMU ladies games. I only found out on www.smustangs.com that we had won. Any ideas on how to find out the scores for those of us that live outside the US?

How long until Rhonda Rompola starts getting referred to as "WAC Coach of the Year candidate Rhonda Rompola"? What she's done with this team is absolutely remarkable.

Way to go, Coach!

Always makes my day when we get a men-women sweep, especially when the men get a win without hopkins and the women sweep a tough and draining road trip to el paso and boise, one that i'm glad neither team will have to take again after this season. Congrats to both teams

From the SMU Mustangs.com homepage, there is always a link on the right side that says "Gameday." Click "GO!" by the game of your choice. It will take you to a page where there are links to TV, radio and live stats (whichever are available). Women's games are usually on 1630 which is FREE!.

I have the unfortunate job of overseeing the construction of a new hotel in Belize. Don't pick up many Dallas stations down here. Even in Austin where I have a house it is next to impossible to find out what happened due to the darned Lady Horns.

We have had a dairy goat for about 12 years. They are very enjoyable and the milk is far superior to cow's milk.

USAToday's website has a page that keeps a running tally of all the scores from D-1 games. They are usually about 15 minutes behind the actual game, but thats faster than waiting for the story on SMUMustangs.com
