If I'm not mistaken, this is the best start ever for the women's team. They're playing awesome this season, but need to roll a few more teams in the WAC to secure a top spot. Tonight, they're playing Nevada, who beat us in Reno by a point off a last-second shot. I talked to Andrea Cossey yesterday and she said Rhonda has been pushing the team extra hard this past week. They want revenge (Nevada's only WAC win was over us) and are going to take it all out on the court tonight at 7PM. Get there a little early to cheer for the player introductions, etc. Show the women that they are appreciated. I'm hoping for more than 1200 there tonight and over 2000 on Saturday. We'll see, it's up to you guys to bring your families and friends out. Get the word out, the women's team is on fire!
