He had success at UVA and is doing wonders at American. Thing is, he bangs co-eds, including Melissa Stark back in the day. It was an issue at UVA

Virginia also messed up when they ran off Pete Gillen with no (legitimate) plan to get anyone else in place. Their only "plan" was to try to convince Tubby to come to Cville. When Tubby wouldn't come, they hired Dave Leitao, who only seemed like a good candidate because he inherited a DePaul program that Pat Kennedy had (sort of) rebuilt and led them to 2 NITs and one NCAA. Leitao's only successes at DePaul were with Kennedy's players, just as his only successes at UVA were with Gillen's players.
