Pros: Good at kissing babies, helped get the Crum Center built

Cons: Record trending downwards every season since he got here, seems to really lay into his players

Honestly, I don't think he is a very good coach. We rarely make good adjustments at halftime, the players seem scared to make plays, and he's constantly calling things from the sideline (kindof how Avery Johnson acted towards Kidd).

Get your players in there, scheme well, and then sit back and enjoy the game. Adjust as necessary.

Pro: he's says he's friends with Jordan and some other high profile players/coaches. Good PR guy, Crum Center. Kind of gets the students excited..

Cons: Stomps and claps all the time and acts foolish during the game. Doesn't seem to have the team prepared or make adjustments. Recruiting is very average, no local players to speak of. Dallas is one of the national hotbed of bball recruiting - can't seem to get the image back from the Tubbs fiasco.

Con: He can't back up his hype. Doesn't seem to have a clue on how to coach defense
