Jibran Kelley - secret weapon?

Jibran Kelley needs to shoot more. He only got to play 14 minutes against UT-PA, but he was 2-for-2 from the floor and 2-for-3 from the line. (Jibran, you're better than that -- no reason to miss free throws.)

Those who think Jibran is nothing more than a big banger under the hoop haven't been watching. He's pretty mobile for a guy with his size and strength, and he has a much softed shooting touch than most of us give him credit for.

Coach D, get Jibran in the game more and get him the ball -- he might surprise you with what he can do!

Jibran and DeWayne Floyd were singled out by Coach Dement after the win over San Jose State for their hard work, tremendous hustle and overall strong games.

Jibran gets better and better every game. With Castro(6-8) coming in next year, maybe the Ponies will finally have a threatening post game.
