looks like we stick at 13

guess beating 6th place team even on their home court doesn't help RPI. Anybody know if that is considered a home game for RPI analysis. Satisfying nonetheless

There was too big of a gap in RPI (as opposed to RPI rank) to move up. Coming into the tourney SMU had a chance to move up to about 10th in RPI, but needed UNC, Iowa state, Baylor and Maryland to lose a game earlier than they did in their tournaments to pass those teams.

9th toughest OOC SOS, I think that is 306 spots better than last year.

I have been wondering if that was a road game or not. I will be able to check tomorrow as I have an excel file where I track it.

13th RPI means we should be a 4 seed. If the NCAA really uses RPI we should be a lock for a #4 seed. RPI was used against us last season after all. I know it won't happen, but it should.

SMU just moved up to 12 on LIve-RPI. It must be a bit of a delay, despite the name

Sweet! So theoretically we should be a 3 seed.

Out of conference strength of schedule was used against us last year, this year they will say not enoug top 50 wins for a 3 or a 4.

RPI probably could have gone higher if we beat Cincy I guess

RPI up to 12.

Is there a new ranking coming out tomorrow? I bet we go up one spot to 19. What do you think?

I like it but just to tap the brakes a bit, we are getting credit (early in the season) for beating two teams that were a lot better last season.
