WAC honors Sasser

DENVER – SMU guard Jeryl Sasser has been named the WAC men's basketball player of the week. The senior from Dallas averaged 15.0 points and 11.5 rebounds in wins over Rice and UT-El Paso. In the two games combined, he was 11-of-13 from the free throw line and blocked four shots.
