That's a stupid decision if they follow through with it. And yeah he may be losing his hair, but he's owned us for the entirety of his TCU career.

Tubbs hasn't owned us -- his thug players have. Even when he was at Oklahoma, his players had more talent than he had coaching ability. Put Wayman Tisdale, Stacey King, Ricky Grace, Harvey Grant and Mookie Blaylock together and John Shumate could reach the NCAA Championship game -- and we all know what a great coach that guy is.

Hey [deleted],
That's part of what a coach does. Tubbs got those guys. Shumate didn't. Think before you type.

HoustonPony -
What's your problem? Tubbs is an idiot who thrives in an environment where he can recruit thugs who don't care about classes. Give him the same recruiting standards Dement has to deal with, and Tubbs couldn't put together a team that can beat most high school teams. I'm not saying Dement is a great coach -- he hasn't proven that yet. But he's a better coach and teacher .... and disciplinarian .... than Billy Tubbs could ever hope to be.
