OT: RIP Princess Lacey

Postby OhioBrownFan » Wed Apr 09, 2014 9:54 am

Such an awful, awful way for an 8 year old to leave this world. If you don't know the story, I would highly recommend anyone with a soul check out the special (The Journey) that BTN did on her and Payne's relationship. She was at everything with him the last two years, even before the media picked up on the relationship, I think it says a lot about him as a person. Sad day for the Spartans, my heart breaks for her family and AP, RIP Lacey.

Saw him and her at the slam dunk competition at Moody. If it comes back on television for a replay it's worth watching to see how those two interacted with each other. Two special people. Peace be with Lacey and her family.

I'm happy that she was very much loved. Their relationship was so sweet. I'm sorry that she passed like that. I know about losing loved ones to cancers and what they suffered, including a cousin's 2 year old son who died of leukemia. And so much more I could go on about.
I've known about her for a while as I try to follow as much as I can about Michigan State.
It's devastating for them.... And I cried too when I heard about her dying.
I inspiring me to write something.
I even gave a little to the guy who played football for Montana, Cole Lockwood, who has to have surgery etc. because someone sent me his info.
