I'm guessing it's in report. You have to be an insider..

I wouldn't post it if it was not true.... that someone else said it haha. Past that I am not sure what sources he has, but I have always thought it was down to those three (with ok state 4th).

“He’s always been my favorite player since he was at Texas, and that’s where I’m from,” Turner said. “It’s huge. I’ve always admired him, and I always wanna try to kind of be like him. I’m a couple inches taller, but I’ve always wanted to try to do some the things he does, on and off the court.”

I feel like this comment about Durant bodes well for UT, I've kinda thought UT anyway, but I guess we'll see

Myles is waiting for the WDNWHA committee to make their decision first

I will agree for the most part. However Durant did not choose UT because of a player before him. Durant made a lasting impression on a program. Myles can do that anywhere if he has it in him. The question is... does Myles want to be Durant#2 or does Myles want to be Turner#1?

I will add that we are projecting typical senior HS logic into the Myles Turner persona. It may play a role, but he is intelligent and would realize his own bias.

Myles knows he'll have competition for playing time here, and Larry isn't just going to start a freshman because he's a 5-star...see Keith.

Turner seems like a prima donna who wants the easy path. Rick Barnes will give him that

That's the exact opposite of what I've heard about Turner. I don't think we need bash his character just because he's taking his time. I'm sure he has his reasons, and this is the most important decision of his young life.

I get the feeling LB will be doing his best to avoid prima donnas no matter how good they may be. They just don't fit into his "play the right way" mantra. He's about quality kids.

I know, I was facetiously making a bid for WDNWHA Committee membership
