Close to an agreement for a MBB home-and-home with Gonzaga. More to come as we finalize the non-conference slate for 2014-15. #PonyUp

This is big, Wiltjer is eligible for the Zags next year and they should be a fringe top 25 team. Love it.

So that's Arkansas, NC State, Indiana and Gonzaga so far?

Love it! If the Zags are at Moody this year, that means Arkansas and Zags at home so far. Get your tickets now!

In the CBS way too early rankings they have Gonzaga at #16. Depending on the schedule, this could be a game between two top 15 teams. The Zags lose Dower, who I was impressed with but they return guard Pangos. He will get a heavy dose of Eman. It also looks like they have a pretty nice incoming freshman class of four players.

We have 4 good teams in the OOC now so we could stay there but I would not add more than one more really good team so that we do not over do it imo.

If yes, then let's stop there. That's enough "top 50 RPI" teams. (and I hope Gonzaga is at home next year as NC State and Indy I think are both away). Next, let's schedule some 150 range (2 or 3).

I'd still like to see us get in one of the bigger preseason tourneys - NIT, Coaches against Cancer, Maui.. But other than that, I agree about getting three or four 50-150 range teams and a couple of cupcakes (I heard we may schedule NT which would qualify as a cupcake, they finished 195 RPI last season)

Agreed. Being in one of those bigger preseason tourneys would be great. I hope they are trying to land us a spot.

UCONN is set for Puerto Rico, so Great Alaska Shootout, Pre-season NIT, Coaches v Cancer, Old Spice Classic (Orlando), EA Sports Maui Invitational, and Diamond Head Classic are all possibilities.
