Ulric is part of staff that will compete at the absolute highest level of his sport next year. Next year could be special.

Klemm was stuck on a staff that was and is going nowhere.

Big difference between Maligi & Klemm. Ulric has the opportunity to coach on a special team. . . Klemm jumped off "a sinking ship", and to UCLA.

Other big difference is Los Angeles is Klemm's hometown and UCLA is sort of a dream job for him -- I believe he got a promotion as well.

But, if the money is right, I'm sure he'd be gone in a heart beat (as would I).

I REALLY hope this happens and soon . . . I'm sure Maligi is leveraging this for more money from SMU . . . he should anyway if he isn't . . . I definitely would be . . . and we should pay him more, too, if we have to.
