Wow, he has a JOB?!? That sucks. It was hard enough for me being a full-time student and an internship. That's crazy. I'd rather he be eating steaks and eggs and lifting big weights and getting plenty of rest. But, then again, if his future is as a big guard maybe shooting/dribbling and not bulking up should indeed be his priority. I trust my godfather.
