UTEP vs Boise St disaster

Did anyone see the end of the UTEP-BS game?

For those of you that didn't:
Boise St was down 69-72 with :05 left in OT.
Chris Neal missed a free throw to give the Miners a virtually unbeatable 4 point lead.
Boise rebounds the ball, scurries down the court.
As time expires, Boise shoots a desparation 3, which goes in, off the glass.
KEY POINT - Chris Neal (the guy that missed the free throw) fouls the shooter who makes the free throw with 0:00 on the clock to give Boise the 1 point win 73-72.

I'm sure UTEP fans are screaming for Neal to be strung up. That is probably one of the dumbest and most costly mistakes I have seen in Div-1 hoops.
