Nice work on the Bill Russell Q&A! (Except Krebs' first name is Jim, not Tim.) Interesting piece....

I know his name is Jim. The newspaper screwed it up. Also check out the inside column in the Dallas Morning News sports section.

Yeah, good work Rogers. But why didn't you put how he punked you in your article?

For the record:
The first time Rogers met Russel, at age 10, Russel told him to F off.
The second meeting, Russel asked Rogers who cut his hair.
During the press conference before the luncheon, Rogers raised his hand to ask BR a question, BR pointed to him, Rogers fumbled around for a few seconds before asking why Russsel didn't sign autographs. His answer was short: "I just don't like autographs."
Further prodding from other reporters elicited more of an in depth answer, fortunately. Upon a quick scope of the room, one could see reporters from ESPN radio, Scott Murray and the like turning red trying to keep the giggles quiet.

I have to admit, Rogers deserves credit for sacking up and facing the beast known as Bill Russel. I doubt that Rogers will be attemtping a follow-up interview in the near future, though it would be amusing.

Russell better be careful, because if he punks the Healy one more time, Rogers might come after him in a sumo suit and knock him out like he did that UTEP Miner mascot.

I vote to kick Rambo off the island. He is not a survivor, nor will he ever make it in the fashion business. For all of you who don't know, Rambo goes to SMU, he is a member of the Lamba Chi fraternity and he doesn't know a damn thing about basketball or ballet.

Just kidding, Rambo. That was...wrong of me. I will now go home and drink myself into oblivion as punishment for my transgressions.

Rogers-

Well, that's just swell. There is one or two of your boys that appear to have an actual brain in their heads whom I favor, so please don't "enlighten" them too much. Now that I think about it, please enlighten one of those guys, the one you had give out tickets at the Maniac party at Ozonas. He showed up at a party one of my lady friedns was throwing at Bob Minyard's house. Enlightment, for him, is a good thing. The other one...I believe he's a transfer?? I forget, he was at ATSB one night a few months back.

Webmeister AKA Webbie-

Where you cold out there in your preppy khaki shorts and polo? Did Copeland yell at you for making him wait by that gate for a whole minute?
