For those of you who have not seen Larry run a practice - it is something to see. You will not leave there wondering how our players improve rapidly - this guy only knows how to do it right - lots of detail.

It's intense, my head was spinning after watching a practice

He's got rules for every scenario. 3 on 1 break, 3 on 2 breaks, etc. if the players don't follow the correct decision tree, he goes nuts, preaches, yells and has them start over and hugs everyone after it's over and apologizes for not being a good delivered of his gospel
