You don't think she would give preferential treatment to athletes?
it would be "special" treatment for sure

Is this an all year thing or can this effect just a few games?

Ouch. Remember that Keith seems to be constantly on the ledge as well. Welcome to big time basketball.
My take is that there is no laziness involved on Markus' part. It's a real struggle. I hope he makes it. But this surely does not bode well for his being here next year. This hurts.

Apparently MK is a history major which could be the source of the problem. I know for my undergrad a graduation requirement was 2 500 level classes that included papers that were 25+ pages. No way to get bye with bad writing and reading skills in that major. Which he was sports management or coachinging land leadership like pretty much everyone else on the team.

I took a History elective. Hell we had 2 weeks to write a 25 page paper in summer school. Not good.
That prof hated athletics

I was a history major. Based on the comments about history from the above posters, I must be the smartest poster on PF.

I don't buy the paper writing argument. The whole point of the LEC is so you can go there and have someone write your paper for you

He will play in November. And if he doesn't you still better get your butts in the stands no matter what.

Yes, because we were all gonna boycott games until Markus returns

Can someone state the implicit terms of not being eligible for game 1?

It would not surprise me if some "fans" do so...

Please discontinue the foolishness. No one is going to do that. They know how hard Coach Brown and company work. This is not June Jones. Coach Brown will get more than enough support from the fans.
