This could still be SMU's greatest Basketball recruiting class ever but we are so hung up on who we didn't get we are missing out on the ride. I'm upset we didn't get the Dallas kids (I bet some end up here later) but recruiting 4-5 stars ain't easy. You probably should consider you have about a .10% shot at those kids-only because of Brown and his staff. Hopefully we get the Vick kid and move on from there. These days there are all kinds of ways to skin a cat in Basketball recruiting which is how our team was built in the first place

We missed on a bunch of national players only because Larry Brown and our assistants worked their [deleted] off to get a small unkown school from Dallas with little national Basketball profile into the national picture. With all the disappointment we could be looking at a class with 3 Four Stars and/or Top 100 kids (Rivals or Scout) by the end of the week. I can deal with that
