He was a McDonald's all American. Just because you have not heard of him does not mean he is a no name player.

No they aren't. As I mentioned except for seeding this game means nothing. Win or lose -SMU or Tulsa-its still coming down to next Sunday.

No, a HS all american who had underperformed is starting to "get it".
UConn played great. It happens. If we beat Tulsa, we win conference, and we are a horrible matchup for them.

Move on. Nothing gained, nothing lost.

Great to have SMU in the position that this loss doesn't mean doom for a conference title or NCAA tournament appearance.
SMU is still in the drivers seat for a conference title. Bring on Tulsa!

We still control our destiny. Best Tulsa and we win the conference.

This makes Sunday's game even bigger. Moody will be packed solid and loud.

Hope to hear LB and company point to this loss in a month when they are talking about the turning point that led to post-season success.

No matter what happened in SMU and Tulsa' next games it still would have come down to next Sunday.

Any chance the Tulsa game gets bumped up to a better channel than ESPNU?

Nope. It's locked in. It's the final day of the reg. season for the big big conferences and some mid-majors and minors tourneys will have their finals that day

Agree. I just wish we were the one with all the cards. I'll be at that game and I hope to see a big SMU win. But Tulsa will be very motivated especially if they beat Cincy.
